FV Cevic (FD 186) was a British registered steam trawler owned by Cevic Steam Fishing Co. Ltd. In June 1927 she was driven onto Half Tide Rock in Ramsey Bay and broke up. The incident occured when the men aboard the Cevic were attempting to rescue the ship's lifeboat, which had got into trouble. A flare was sent up and the Ramsey lifeboat was launched. All the crewmen were saved, but the Cevic sank.
